Which makes some sense as that requires luck and timing more than anything else. The last bit - confirming they played for Calgary, was probably easiest to find by checking the indexes for the seasons they played - Salmon and Zamora joined forces for Calgary in S34 and S35, while Hyvarinen was part of the S44 cup winners and then for a few more years after. So the answer is all of the above. 2.
