16. The offseason has been amazing so far. A lot of upgrades and trades. I can't wait to see what the draft holds for the team.

17. I'm going to be very biased. I'd say trade and signing Maloish has been a big key for the defense. I think the defense got an upgrade.

18. Cookie dough, mint chocolate, and cookies and cream. Even though I'm lactose intolerant, I love ice cream.

19. Someone had me sign their shoe. I'm not sure what the plan for that was. 

25. Maloish is a player who hasn't found that comfortable home yet. He thought it was Calgary, but was traded after one season. He also thought it was LA, but they just never got over that hump in the regular season or the playoffs. Moving to Seattle is a big moment as it will be the biggest test for Maloish. I think he can find his groove and be a better player.

26. I think our team is awesome. I know pieces left and traded. But what was brought in is astonishing. I believe we have the tools to get back to the cup finals.

Interesting, this is similar to the junior showcase tournament.

 

But, JST does include new members and this doesn't. A good initiative for VHLM players!
