2. TRUE/FALSE: Current Prague GM Jason Glasser is the only GM to manage the VHLM's Ottawa both when they were known as the Ice Dogs and the Lynx (Credit and 1 uncapped TPE to @diamond_ace)

 

Although I'm pretty sure Jason, who submitted the question for q2, thought that the answer was true, both are actually FALSE. Smitty is the latest player to win 3 Labattes in a row (Adrienne won his 3 in 4 seasons) and was the first to do so in 30 seasons, it was quite a common trait of elite defencemen back in the day. Jochen Walser did it, followed immediately by his linemate Tomas Jenskovic, and Daniel Braxton and Conner Low managed a whopping 4 and 5 in a row, respectively. As for number two, Jason is indeed the only the only Ottawa GM to have had managed the Ice Dogs in one stint and the Lynx in another. But Jim Gow, having been appointed Ice Dogs GM in S33, right before they became the Lynx, matched Glasser in this feat. No other former Ice Dogs GM is around to be the 3rd, unless I do it, having been Ice Dogs GM in S14. Perhaps the chance to make history will prove enticing one day....
